    We are locals and regulars at Panchos. We typically sit at the bar where Javier the bartender knows us and is a rockstar. The manager Octavio is on the ball here and these guys work harder than anyone I've seen. We have had the taco salad, quesadilla...but usually just get apps because we go in the middle of the afternoon to day drink! If you go...tip Javier well! The secret here... is the salsa picante! It doesn't come with chips - you have to ask for it. Salsa verde mas picante! Delish!

    Food is always good. Service is usually great. And the ambiance is comforting. It's a place that keeps you coming back. I always recommend Ponchos.

    I went to Panchos first time this past Saturday. Let me just say the decor and the ambiance are on point. I love how you can sit upstairs or downstairs and how they have sun windows. I loved it!. They do have happy hour at the bar most days. We sat at a regular table. Our server was very nice. I got a Cadillac Margarita. Strong, but I loved it. I also got the enchiladas con carnitas. These were so good and so filling. Prices were bad. Our entrees were all pretty much under $20.

    Great experience! Went to a late lunch with friends. We all found something we enjoyed. The food was tasty & perfect temp. The ambiance of the restaurant was great. Very colorful and nice & cool during this hot summer. The service was nice & attentive! Our glasses were never empty & plenty of refills of drinks, chips & salsa. I left pictures of our entrees & they were delicious! The reason 4 instead of 5 stars is price. That's the only drawback. For relatively inexpensive food, the prices are too high. I realize everything is more expensive now & Downtown Summerlin might be pricey, but it's not The Strip & Pancho's has LV Blvd. prices. Other than that, great food & great service!
